About the book

In March 2002, John Frawley lectured at the Second Balkan Conference in Belgrade, Serbia. He also offered a two-day seminar focussing on traditional astrological techniques, backed-up with practical experience and examples from his first two books. He won the participants over by applying classical astrological principles to a broad spectrum of topics. Frawley's charisma and outstanding lecturing skills made this seminar an unforgettable astrological adventure for all involved. Branka Stamenkovic also contributed to the event: she not only organized both events and interpreted for the non-English-speaking audience, but also recorded, transcribed and published Frawley's presentations, therefore making it possible for others to share in this unique event.

John Frawley is author of The Real Astrology (Spica Award: International Book of the Year), The Real Astrology Applied, The Horary Textbook and cutting-edge magazine The Astrologer's Apprentice. His next book, Horary Practice, is due for publication in the autumn of 2005.

Branka Stamenkovic was serving as a member of AFAN Steering Committee, and she is ISAR's representative for Serbia and Montenegro. Branka launched the idea of annual Balkan Astrology Conferences in Belgrade, and participated in the organization of first two of them, held in 2001 and 2002. After graduating from Horary Correspondence Course of John Frawley, she founded her own Horary Correspondence School and she lectured all over the world.
